Tough-PAC iPad Cases Compatibility
To ensure your iPad is compatible with our Tough-PAC models, you need to know your iPad’s model number (AXXX). Follow these simple steps to locate your model number.
Finding Your iPad's model number
1. On the back of the device:
- Look at the back of your iPad. Near the bottom, you will see small text that includes the word “Model” followed by a letter “A” and a four-digit number (e.g., A2197).
2. In the Settings App:
- Open the Settings App:
- Tap on the Settings icon on your home screen.
- Navigate to General:
- Scroll down and tap on General.
- Go to About:
- Tap on About at the top of the list.
- Find the model number:
- You will see the Model Name and Model Number listed. The Model Number might initially show a part number (e.g., MGTX2LL/A). Tap on this part number to reveal the model number starting with “A” (e.g., A2197).
Once you have identified your iPad’s model number, select it from the dropdown menu below. When your model number is in the list, there is a compatible Tough-PAC available. Select your iPad model number and click ‘Check Compatibility’ to see which Tough-PAC cases are compatible and to view the charging options.
